This website is operated by Golfhaus. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Golfhaus.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these carefully before using our website. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our site.

1. Online Store Terms

2. Products & Suppliers

Golfhaus is an online retailer. We partner with trusted suppliers who ship products directly to you.
We do not manufacture or warehouse products ourselves. Product availability depends on supplier stock levels.
Colours, dimensions, or specifications may vary slightly from images or descriptions. We make every effort to display them accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We are not currently registered for GST. Prices shown are final amounts you pay.
We accept payment through major methods such as credit card, debit card, and PayPal (as available at checkout).
Payment is taken at the time of order. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location (metro, regional, remote). Estimated timeframes are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping may be handled by third-party couriers. Once dispatched, delays outside of our control (courier backlogs, weather, etc.) are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy sets out when you can request a refund, exchange, or replacement.

6. Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Except as required by the ACL, Golfhaus does not make any express warranties beyond what is provided by the product manufacturer or supplier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golfhaus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of enjoyment, data, or savings) resulting from your use of our site or products.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
