Return & Refund Policy

At Golfhaus, we’re here to make golf simple—not stressful. If your order isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Change of Mind

Because items are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can’t always accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check product details before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery at forehelp@golfhaus.com.au Please include photos so we can quickly assess and organise a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at forehelp@golfhaus.com.au with your order number and issue.
  2. We’ll confirm if the item qualifies for return.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide a return address (note: items must go directly to the supplier warehouse, not Golfhaus HQ).
  4. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days.
